Bacon Wrapped Squirrel
- Cut desired amount of cleaned and dried squirrel into pieces
- Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
- Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning
- Worchestershire Sauce
- 3 Packages of Cheap Bacon
- Toothpicks
- Charcoal Grill with Charcoal of choice
Build a good bed of coals in the center of the grill. Rub squirrel in a mixture of two parts tenderizer and one part Cavenders seasoning. Coat squirrel in healthy dose of Worchestershire and then apply rub again. Completely wrap squirrel in bacon and use toothpicks to secure. Place squirrel on grill belly up around the outside of coals but not directly over the coals. Cook for about 45 minutes or until meat pulls away from bone. Just before pulling from the grill place over the coals to brown the bacon and add desire amount of char to the meat. If BBQ is your thing, brush on a layer of sauce then place over the coals again to caramelize the sauce.
