BBQ Squirrel
- Cut desired amount of cleaned and dried squirrel into pieces
- Favorite Marinade
- Garlic Powder
- BBQ Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper (I like spicy, so I use Cayenne Pepper)
- Your choice of BBQ Sauce
Put meat in a ziplock bag and cover it with the marinade. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours (Overnight is best).Place foil in 9 X 13 pan and use enough that it can be folded over and sealed. Place meat in pan (on foil) and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and BBQ seasoning to taste. Seal foil and bake for 2 hours @ 350 degrees. Pre-heat your grill, when oven cooking is done, remove squirrel from foil and place on grill. Coat meat with BBQ sauce and grill over medium heat until sauce gets sticky (Don't overcook!). Remove from grill and serve.
