Crockpot Squirrel

  1. Cut desired amount of cleaned and dried squirrel into pieces
  2. Flour
  3. Cooking Oil
  4. Onion
  5. Salt and Pepper (I like spicy, so I use Cayenne Pepper)
  6. Large Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  7. Large Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  8. 1 Cup Sour Cream
  9. 2 Cups Water

Heat cooking oil in frying pan to 375 degrees.  Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll squirrel pieces in flour mixture and brown in skillet. Remove browned pieces from skillet and place in crock pot. Add soup, water, and diced onion. Cook on high for 30 minutes. Reduce to low and add sour cream. Continue to cook for 6 1/2 hours. Serve with rice and/or biscuits.
